interpreting.us arranges professional Arabic–English interpreters and Arabic voice-over recordings. By sending a request you agree to these terms.يوفّر interpreting.us مترجمين فوريين محترفين بين العربية والإنجليزية وتسجيلات تعليق صوتي عربي. بإرسالك الطلب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. Requests and scheduling2. الطلبات والمواعيد

A request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we reply by email with the date, time and details.الطلب ليس حجزًا مؤكدًا. يُؤكَّد الحجز فقط عندما نرد عليك بالبريد الإلكتروني متضمنًا التاريخ والوقت والتفاصيل.

3. Cancellations3. الإلغاء

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a booking. Late cancellations may still be charged.يرجى إبلاغنا قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل لإلغاء الحجز أو تعديله. قد تُحتسب رسوم على الإلغاء المتأخر.

4. Fees and payment4. الرسوم والدفع

Rates are confirmed in writing before the appointment. Payment is due as stated on our invoice.تُؤكَّد الأسعار كتابيًا قبل الموعد. يُستحق الدفع وفق ما هو مذكور في الفاتورة.

5. Confidentiality5. السرية

Interpreters keep everything they hear during an assignment confidential, except where the law requires otherwise.يلتزم المترجمون بسرية كل ما يسمعونه أثناء المهمة، إلا إذا اشترط القانون خلاف ذلك.

6. The interpreter’s role6. دور المترجم

Interpreters convey meaning accurately and impartially. They do not give legal, medical or other professional advice.ينقل المترجمون المعنى بدقة وحياد. ولا يقدّمون استشارات قانونية أو طبية أو مهنية.

7. Liability and changes7. المسؤولية والتعديلات

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويبيّن التاريخ أعلاه آخر نسخة.

8. Voice-over projects8. مشاريع التعليق الصوتي

For voice-over work, we record from the script you provide. You are responsible for the script’s accuracy and for the rights to use it. Delivery dates, revisions and usage rights are confirmed in writing before recording starts.في مشاريع التعليق الصوتي نسجّل وفق النص الذي تقدّمه. أنت مسؤول عن دقة النص وعن حقوق استخدامه. تُؤكَّد مواعيد التسليم والتعديلات وحقوق الاستخدام كتابيًا قبل بدء التسجيل.

The details you enter in the request form: name, email, dialect, setting, date, time and notes. They are sent to us by email and saved in the private admin area of our website.البيانات التي تدخلها في نموذج الطلب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني واللهجة والمجال والتاريخ والوقت والملاحظات. تصلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني وتُحفظ في لوحة الإدارة الخاصة بموقعنا.
